Description - This page shows how to manually add Offence using the Event tab in the Service User detail page .

| 1 |   | Log into the portal and click on Service User Management button, or navigate to Manager > Service User |
| 2 |  | Find the Service User you wish to update the UPW hours for and click on their name, then click on the ‘Events’ tab |
| 3 |  | Event tab has few sub tabs - Referral, Offence, Oocd, Hours. Offence Tab - Details of any offences can be captured here |
| 4 |  | To add a Offence click on the ‘+ Add New’ button on the right hand side |
| 5 |  | Fill in all required fields from the pop up box display Click on save button at the bottom page |
| 6 |  | The Offence gets added successfully |
