Description - This page shows how to manually add additional hours using the Event tab in the Service User detail page .

1 | Log into the portal and click on Service User Management button, or navigate to Manager > Service User | |
2 | Find the Service User you wish to update the UPW hours for and click on their name, then click on the ‘Events’ tab | |
Event tab has few sub tabs - Referral, Offence, Oocd, Hours. | ||
3 | Referral Tab - If the user was referred FROM another organisation or you refer them TO another organisation, it will be tracked here. To add a referral click on the ‘+ Add New’ button on the right hand side | |
4 | Fill in all required fields from the pop up box display Click on save button at the bottom page | |
5 | The Referral should now appear in the table below |
