Description : This page shows how to check and edit Service user availability on Portal.
Service users can set their own availability on the app. The Practitioner can also set this in the portal for Service users who don’t have the app.

1 | Log into the portal and click on Service User Management button, or navigate to Manager > Service User | |
2 | Clicking on a Service User name will take you to the detail page. Click the availability tab. This tabs show you when Service users are available for meetings | |
3 | Click on the Set General Availability. Adjust the availability to reflect the changes you are aware of Note all future weeks will have same availability | |
4 | Click on the Set Weekly Availability If you want to change just one week, click set weekly availability. This may reflect a holiday, or, for those who require – a shift pattern. | |
5 | From this page you can also add users, remove users directly to / from a Intervention. | |
6 | To Add / Assign Service user to a Intervention , Click the + Add button, select the Intervention and then add the user to the instance. Note, you will not be able to view the Intervention information in this view (Including capacity, subscription, utilisation) and therefore it is best practice to add a service user to a Intervention via the Intervention Tile on the home dashboard. | |
7 | Remove from Intervention , Click the Remove button, select the project and then remove the user from the instance. You must add a reason for removing a service user from a Intervention . This is especially valuable when a Service User has been removed for negative behaviour or risk issues to ensure that they are not re-allocated to that project in the future. You can review instances where a service user has been removed on the placement history tab. |
