| Step | Screen | Description |
| 1 |   | Login into the portal and click on “Organisation” Tile from the Home Dashboard page |
| 2 |  | Firstly Check that the Organisation doesn't already exist by searching for them by name in the Organisation list. Assume Organisation doesn’t exist, following these instructions |
| 3 |  | Click the Add New button on the Organisation list page |
| 4 |  | Add all the mandatory fields in the Create Organisation page. |
| 5 |   | Click on save button at the bottom page . Confirmation received for Organisation added |
