Description:  This page shows how to Edit Check-Ins.


These steps enable a Practitioner / Supervisor to edit a previously verified check in (or check out) from approve to decline or vice versa.

1Select “Verified” from the status drop down menu at the top of the Check Ins Screen
2On the Check-in page under the column Event name click on the respective event that needs to be edited.

In the check-In page click on SU name or on status under Check-in /check out.


The verify check –In page now gets displayed



4On the verify check in page click on the check in / check tab to make edits.
5Then click on the Edit button that appears below the map.
6The verified/ declined status can now be changed or edited again.

If any comments are to be made click on Add comment button.


Pop up box appears for comment entry. Click on save button once comments are made.



8The comment made can be viewed under comment history on the verify check in page at the bottom
