Practitioners are expected to remain ‘available’ unless they are out of the office and should coincide with the Out of Office on Outlook.

1 | To set your availability, click on the Blue edit button to the left of the word “Available” in the Chat screen | |
2 | From the user status drop menu out of office selection is made. This displays “Available Date” option | |
3 | To set the Out of Office on, click “Out of office” in the user status dropdown. | |
4 | Calendar opens up to select the Date and time as to when the Practitioner will be available from. Click on date and continue to select time and click continue | |
5 | The date and time selected gets displayed under “Available Date”. Click on Save button to proceed. User status now changes from Available to “OUT OF OFFICE”. To cancel it click on Edit button and from user status drop menu select Available option. |
