Description:  This page shows how to Approve / Decline Check-ins as single and Bulk entries

On the Check-in page under the column Select – check the box against the respective event that needs to be approved 


Then click on the Approve selected blue button at the bottom page.


Bulk Check-ins Approval/ Decline can also be done - By clicking on "Select All" box all the listings on the page gets checked


Then click on Approve / Decline button at the bottom page.
2When clicked on Approve selected button - Pop up window gets displayed. Click “ok’ to approve
3Confirmation message on approval gets displayed
4Single event can also be approved by clicking on the respective event under the event name column
5From the view check-In page click on Service User name or on open status under Check-in /check out.

The verify check –In page now gets displayed
6On the verify check-In page under check-in/ check out tab click on Approval button

The check –in gets approved with confirmation message display. 

Also the status now is changed from Open to Verified.


This event can now be viewed under verified option on manage check-in page

Also, in case of Decline - On the verify check-In page under check-in/ check out tab click on Decline red button


Pop up box appears – reason for Decline needs to be selected from the drop menu option.



Click on save button 




9Confirmation message on decline gets displayed and the event status changes to “Absent”

This event can now be viewed under Absent option on manage check-in page
