Description: This page shows how to navigate other Sub tabs under Service user on portal such as:
- Attendance
- Placement Information
- Early Revocation
- Feedback
- Audit Log
- Appointment History

Step | Screenshot | Description |
1 | Log into the portal and click on Service User Management button, or navigate to Manager > Service User | |
2 | Clicking on a Service User name will take you to the detail page. | |
3 | There are action buttons for every user Edit/Reset Password /Assign To/Chat/Check-In/Active | |
4 | Each tab listing can be viewed by clicking on it. Attendance - Overview of the check-ins and check-outs collected about the user | |
5 | Placement Information : If the user has any specific circumstances then these are shown here. These may be disabilities, issues with working in a specific location | |
6 | Early Revocation - Early revocation can be offered in probation. This tab gives probation officers the ability to agree criteria with the user and track progress | |
7 | Feedback - Displays the feedback received from and provided about the user | |
8 | The About tab under Feedback shows feedback given ABOUT the user. Facilitators provide stars and comments The From tab under Feedback shows the feedback provided ABOUT the user. In the form of a Green / Amber / Red face and comments given. | |
9 | Audit Log -Mandatory tabs that track any changes made to this user. The Bio Data tab under Audit log tracks the changes made to the Bio info on this user | |
10 | The Status tab under the Audit log , status is changed then the date of the change will be tracked here. The log on tab keeps track of when the user logged on to the App | |
11 | Appointment History - Tracks and shows all events assigned to the Service User. The event option can be selected from the drop menu |
