1 | Login as Practitioner on portal and click on Home to view the Dashboard Page. Click on Intervention Tile to view listing Page | |
2 | The Manage Intervention page displays all Active Intervention by default. | |
3 | On the Manage Intervention page under listings. Click on any particular event from “Event Name” Clicking on Event name displays Intervention Detail overview page | |
4 | Event can be edited by clicking on Edit button [This task can only be completed by Logistics so should be removed from all other operations manuals] | |
5 | Add/ Remove Service user – click on the button add/remove Service User found below the map on the right side of the page | |
6 | The project detail page displays a list tabs on the bottom page – Attendance/Supervisor/Issue/ beneficiary/Risk assessment/ PPE Inventory/ Contact/ Feedback tab. By default Attendance tab screen is displayed | |
7 | On calendar click on the relevant dates of the event | |
8 | Based on the dates selected the Service User’s assigned to this particular event with their attendance status are displayed | |
9 | The Supervisor/Facilitator tab – Displays supervisors’ assigned to this event with dates and status. | |
10 | Date range can be selected by clicking on from and To Date fields | |
11 | Can Add/ Remove supervisors by clicking on “+ “ and “-“ button This is another task only to be completed by Logistics so should be removed from all other operations manuals | |
12 | Email – Under contact column click on mail button to view the Practitioner Email id – outlook mail box opens up. Clicking on CHAT opens up chat window. Moving the mouse over phone button can view the phone number of the supervisor | |
13 | Issue tab screen displays details on Issue Date /Status / Type/ Service User assigned etc., | |
14 | Search Issue - Particular Issue can be searched by typing any of the column details like Date/ Type/ Service User name | |
15 | Date range is entered by clicking on From and To table. Calendar opens up for the date selection | |
16 | By default open issues are displayed. Other selection can be made from the drop menu. | |
17 | New Issue can be created Click on create issue button and enter all required details on the issue create page. Click on “ Create Issue” button to save details. | |
18 | Beneficiary tab displays details of Beneficiary contact details etc., | |
19 | Click on Edit button to update beneficiary details on the Edit Beneficiary page | |
20 | Confirmation note is displayed when clicked on Update button. The saved/updated details can now be viewed under the beneficiary Tab | |

22 | Select Hierarchy from the drop menu selection. By default it is site Specific RA | |
23 | A particular Risk Assessment information can be displayed by typing in any of the column data like Hazards/Risks / Controls/ Person affected etc., | |
24 | Click on Add New button to create/ add new Risk Assessment. All necessary data are entered in the fields provided. Click on save button | |

26 | The saved/ created Risk Assessment now can be viewed under the main Risk Assessment tab page. | |
27 | PPE Inventory tab displays table details like product A particular Risk Assessment information can be displayed by typing in any of the column data like Product code/ Description/Quantity required/current stock/ action etc.,,, | |
28 | A particular PPE Record can be displayed by typing in any of the column data like Product code/ quantity number/stock number/ Part of the description details etc. | |
29 | Click on Add New button to create/ add new PPE Record All necessary data are entered in the fields provided. Click on save button | |

31 | The saved/ created Risk Assessment now can be viewed under the main PPE Inventory tab page. Further any edit/update to the record can be made by clicking on Edit button under Action column | |
32 | Contact Log tab displays table details like contact type/ ID/date/ Notes/ Practitioner visited if any/ etc., | |
33 | Details pertaining to a particular contact can be viewed /displayed by typing any of the column data details like contact type/ ID/date/ Notes/ Practitioner visited if any/ etc., | |
34 | New Contact can be added / created by clicking on “Add New Contact” button All the required fields are keyed in on the create contact log page | |
35 | Contact Type is selected from drop menu option. | |
36 | New contact type can be added to the menu by clicking on “+” blue button. Add new category on the pop up window displayed. Click save and the contact type gets created. | |
37 | Feedback tab displays table with details like Feedback date/question/comment etc., | |
38 | By default ALL feedback for last 30 days are displayed.
Selection on the days and Feedback type can be made from drop menu option | |
39 | Under Search Feedback field : Any one particular feedback can be viewed by typing any column details like date/ question/ part of the comment etc., | |
40 | By default All Feedback for 30 days are displayed. Feedback options from the drop menu can be selected as only comments or Face too. Click on Back button to display the manage Project page listings |
