Login into the portal and click on “Issue Management” tab from the Home Dashboard page

Issue tab screen displays details on Issue number/ Date/event name/Type/ status/type/Service User assigned etc.,
3 By Clicking on “Issue Export” button all open issues list are downloaded based on the drop menu selection criteria
4Download file can be saved on your system as a report reference
