Login into the portal and click on “Issue Management” tab from the Home Dashboard page

Issue tab screen displays details on Issue number/ date/event name/Type/ status/type/Service User assigned etc.,
3Click on the create Issue button
4Enter all required details on the Issue create page
5Click on “Create Issue” button to save details.
