1 | Login into the portal and click on “Issue Management” tab from the Home Dashboard page | |
2 | Issue tab screen displays details on Issue number/ date/event name/Type/ status/type/Service User assigned etc., | |
3 | Click on the create Issue button | |
4 | Enter all required details on the Issue create page | |
5 | Click on “Create Issue” button to save details. |
