Description: This Page shows how to Approve Reschedule Request.
A Service User has the function to request to re-schedule up to 48 hours prior to the start time of the project or appointment. They will receive a message to state that if a response is not received, the reschedule request has not been approved so they are expected to attend. The Service User is limited to 3 reschedule requests per appointment.

1 | Login into portal link and click on “Reschedule Request” tile from the Home Dashboard page | |
2 | The Manage Reschedule Request Page displays details on Requested Date/Proposed Date/ Service User name/Event name/ Reason for reschedule/ Practitioner / attachments/Invitees / etc., | |
3 | By default ALL Open events for MY Service Users are displayed. Other Selection on the event type/status can be made from drop menu option | |
4 | Find Reschedule Request - Particular request can be searched by typing any of the column details like date/type/Service User name/event name/etc | |
5 | Under the Status column click on the “Accept” button to approve request | |
6 | Pop up box appears when clicked on save button. Enter comments in the box provided and check the box to proceed with approval. | |
7 | Save the details by clicking on save button and Confirmation note gets displayed | |
