Description: This page shows you how to navigate view and edit Issue from the Portal
Step | Screen | Description |
1 | Login into the portal and click on “Issue Management” tab from the Home Dashboard page | |
2 | Issue tab screen displays details on Issue number/ date/event name/Type/ status/type/Service User assigned etc., | |
3 | Date range is entered by clicking on From and To table. Calendar opens up for the date selection | |
4 | By default open issues are displayed. Other selection can be made from the drop menu. Search Issue - Particular Issue can be searched by typing any of the column details like date/type/Service User name/event name/etc., | |
5 | In the Issue Management overview screen locate the issue you wish to view by clicking on the issue reference number or by clicking on the description of the issue. | |
6 | In the Issue screen, click on the blue Edit button underneath the map. This will expand the Issue screen and allow you to make edits to the form fields. | |
7 | When you have finished editing, click on the Update Issue button. Your changes will be recorded | |
