1Login as Practitioner on portal and click on Home to view the Dashboard Page.


Click on Intervention Tile to view listing Page

Add / Assign a Supervisor  to an event. On the Manage Intervention page under Action Column click on “ Add Supervisor " button for the respective event

Pop up window gets displayed. Click on the top box for selecting the Supervisor  from the list displayed or type in full/part of the Supervisor  name

Assigning Supervisor for selective event dates or for all instances :


For recurring/ future instances select the date by checking the boxes for the respective dates or select ALL for checking all dates.


Click on Add button at the bottom. Selected Supervisor ’s get added to the respective event.

Confirmation note gets Displayed

Remove Supervisor from an event :-

On the Manage Intervention page under Action Column click on “ Remove Supervisor” button for the respective event




Pop up window gets displayed. Click on the top box for selecting the Supervisor from the list displayed or type in full/part of the Supervisor name




For recurring/ future instances select the date by checking the boxes for the respective dates or select ALL for checking all dates for which the Supervisor needs to be removed




Click on Remove button at the bottom. Selected

Supervisor (s) get removed from the respective event




Confirmation note gets Displayed



To make an event Active/Inactive/Pending/Approved, On the Manage Intervention page under Action Column click on any of the drop menu option for the respective event.
