1 | Login as Practitioner on portal and click on Home to view the Dashboard Page. Click on Intervention Tile to view listing Page | |
2 | Add service user from the ‘View Intervention ’ page or Manage Intervention page under Action Column click on “ Add Service User” button for the respective project | |
3 | Pop up window gets displayed. Click on the top box for selecting the Service User(s) from the list or type in full/part of the Service User name. Select Service User (s) drop menu option list one or more users can be assigned to the event. To remove a service user select the x next to their name. Select the required instances to complete the number of hours, it will tally up below as you select each instance . Note if the project runs on multiple days be careful to select the correct day. | |
4 | Pop up message and confirmation note gets displayed | |
5 | Remove Service User from an event :- On the Manage Intervention page under Action Column Click on “ Remove Service user” button for the respective event | |
6 | Pop up window gets displayed. Click on the top box for selecting the Service User(s) from the list displayed or type in full/part of the Service User name. | |
7 | For recurring/ future instances select the date by checking the boxes for the respective dates or select ALL for checking all dates for which the Service User needs to be Removed. Click on Remove button at the bottom. Selected Service User’s gets removed from the respective event | |
8 | Confirmation note gets displayed. If the Service User is using the Service User app they will receive a reminder One hour before and 15 minutes before the Intervention start time. |
