Description: This page shows how to view and search for Service User Progress on portal.
Service User Progress screen provides a list of all Service Users assigned to the Practitioner (caseload). Here you can see an overview of:
● Hours complete
● Total hours
● How many sessions booked
● What projects they are scheduled to attend
● Phone number
● Link to chat
The colour of the hours and sessions remaining is RAG coded.
By selecting the Service User’s name, you are directed to the View Service User page which provides further information about that Service User

1 | Login into portal and click on “Service User Progress” Tile from the Home Dashboard page | |
2 | By default "All" status of the time allocation of the Service Users assigned to logged in Practitioner are displayed for the present date. | |
3 | The selection of Date, Service Users and allocation status can be altered from drop down menu at the top of the screen | |
4 | Under the search field typing in the Service User name or order end date displays details of related to that particular Service User or date. | |
5 | Under Contact column : Moving the mouse over phone button can view the phone number of the Service User Clicking on CHAT opens up a chat window. | |
6 | The number of listings to be displayed / viewed per page can be selected from the drop at the bottom page. By default 25 listings per page are displayed |
