Description:  This page shows how to Reset Service User password


This action can only be completed by a Practitioner


When a Service User presents with requiring a reset or informs you of a lost or damaged phone you should validate their identity and ensure their wellbeing. You should review the circumstances with the Service User e.g. were they intoxicated or being coerced.


Please note that it is not possible to reset a Service User password in the App.

1Navigate to the Service User screen via the Service User Management tile and search for their name.
2  In the action column, you can select the 9-square circular icon which will display these options.

You can click the Padlock icon to reset the password.

3Or via the Service User Detail page, in the top right hand corner, you can reset the password for a Service User.

Select the 'Reset Password' button.
 

 
A pop up will appear to enter a new password for your service user.



*Note: The service user will be prompted to change their password when they log into their app.
