Description:  

There may be exceptional circumstances when a Service User needs to be prohibited from contacting a Practitioner or Supervisor. A Service User should be informed in writing why this is taking place an what action will be taken.

A Service User should not be blocked unless approved by a Case Operations Manager or Delivery Manager.
