Description:  This page shows you how to view your calendar and those of colleagues or users.

Login into your account.

Click on Calendar tile from the Dashboard page or
on the Calendar option on the side menu bar

This takes you to view Manage Calendar Page.
2Manage Calendar page displays all events in calendar format.

Includes view for Monthly/weekly/Day.

Ability to view others' calendars.
3Calendars of other Practitioners can be viewed by selecting the  relevant name from the drop menu.
4The calendar of assigned Service Users can be viewed by selecting the respective Service user name from the drop down menu.

Your events for today are listed on the right side of the screen. 


Clicking on any event will display the event detail page.



6If there are too many events on one day, click on the plus sign and a pop-up box will appear with all events that are scheduled for that date
7Click on any event in the calendar to view a summary.

A pop-up box with event details will be displayed by clicking on the particular event

Click Show More to view the calendar detail page.
8Click on “week” button to view events that are scheduled for the week
9Click on “Day” button to view events that are scheduled for the day
10From the page you can also add new calendar entries.
There are separate pages for this functionality
