When you click on the URL you will be taken to the Manage Service User screen. You will be able to see a list of all the Service Users that are in the system. Note that Service User data is not integrated automatically with OMNIA, nDelius or Cascade. Thus any changes made in other systems will not be reflected here and vice versa.

A daily report is run in Tableau which will highlight any new service users with a Community Payback requirement. This will be uploaded to the Portal. Essentially a service user will appear in the portal within 24 hours of appearing in OMNIA and nDelius

Overview page defaults to showing all active users. A Practitioner will see their allocated service users.


You are able to search by : 

Organisation , Name, Email, Type, CRN

There are Action buttons for every user

Edit/Reset Password /Assign To/Chat/Check-In/Active/Default



4Edit : You can change detail for Service users
5Reset Password : When an Service User forgets their password, their Practitioner or (any other Admin user) can support resetting it by clicking on the padlock icon
6Assign To : Can assign Service Users to a Practitioner
7Chat : Opens chat window with service user.
8Check-In : Can Approve/ Decline list of events.
9Active : If a service user leaves you can make their account inactive
10Default : The Service User's status be selected from the drop menu option
