Log into the portal and click on Service User Management button, or navigate to Manager > Service User | ||
1 | Clicking on a Service User name will take you to the detail page. | |
2 | There are action buttons for every user Edit/Reset Password /Assign To/Chat/Check-In/Active | |
3 | Under the Bio Tabs there are few sub tabs listed. Each tab listing can be viewed by clicking on it. Overview - Shows the key data about this user | |
4 | Click on ethnicity tab to Track ethnicity and other data | |
5 | ETE - Use this tab to track Education status | |
6 | Accommodation - Provides the status of the User's housing at the start and end of their time with you | |
7 | YOT - These are specific fields used by Youth Offending Teams | |
8l | Clothing - If the interventions you run require clothing or you want to capture cloth size for donations. this can be tracked here | |
9 | Contract - During induction with your user, you can use this tab to agree terms and conditions with them and create a contract Online signature on the contract can be by done by Officer/ User/ Parent | |
